SportSTAR Coaching brings sport to life for primary‑school children across Sussex.
We’re passionate, energetic, and driven by one simple goal, helping every child discover their inner SportSTAR.
SportSTAR Coaching was founded by Andy Headon, a BSc Sports Science graduate with over 15 years’ experience working with children in sport. Andy has coached at grassroots level and worked as a Community Coach for a Premier League football club, bringing professional insight into every session we deliver.
Under Andy’s guidance, the SportSTAR team works with children across all elements of sporting activity, including:

We host epic Football Festivals, action‑packed holiday events bursting with skill challenges, friendly competitions, and tons of football fun.
These festivals give kids the perfect chance to play, progress, and soak up the excitement of the game in a vibrant, supportive atmosphere.
Our Team‑Building Theme Days take things even further, immersing children in creative adventures packed with problem‑solving, collaboration, imagination, and laughter.
These days are designed to build confidence, spark creativity, and create memories children will talk about long after the holidays end.
